We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate investment team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks such as marketing, social & digital media, incoming & outgoing phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and administrative tasks.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and other agents to schedule showings and appointments.
Coordinate open houses and assist in hosting events.
Conduct market research and compile reports on market trends.
$16 - $18 per hour.
