As a Government and Industry Affairs Specialist, GS-0301-12/13, you will perform the following major duties:
Assists senior staff in coordinating the agency's relationships with Congress, government agencies, state and local officials and industry.
Supports drafting and review of Congressional and state and local legislative testimony, correspondence, and supports staff preparation for hearings and briefings.
Maintain information on pending or proposed legislation, including bills and resolutions introduced, committee reports, committee hearings, documents, and public and private laws enacted, impacting transportation safety.
$99,200 - $153,354 per year.
