Under general direction of Probate Manager and Senior Probate Examiner, the Court Investigator provides recommendations on probate matters; conducts field investigations and on-site visitations for purposes of assessing the need for conservatorships and evaluating the effect of actions taken by conservators; and performs related duties as required. Typical duties may include but are not limited to: provide recommendations on probate matters; solicit information to assess the need for judicial action; substantiate cause and complete written reports; conduct field visits to interview often confused/distraught individuals and assess living conditions, financial and health status; review financial and medical records
$34.93 - $44.26 per hour.
