Once a Judgment Order has been entered, the Answers Team is responsible for the review of the files for employer and bank information and preparing wage and bank garnishments to be filed with the courts.
Daily tasks include reviewing files in the electronic filing database for employer and bank information.
May require outbound calls to employers to verify employment.
Research (skip-tracing) for current place of employment
Assisting co-workers with additional tasks such as printing of the wage and bank garnishments and forwarding the garnishment paperwork to in-house attorneys for review and signature.
