Reporting to the VP of Accounting Operations, the Accounting Operations Manager is an integral part of the Accounting Team. This role will oversee and actively participate in a variety of accounting functions related to Collette’s accounting operations.
Monitor & assist with the weekly performance of the accounts payable team (currently 7 employees).
Ensure timely & accurate payments to vendors.
Maintain excellent vendor relationships.
Establish and maintain policies and procedures that are aligned with Collette’s accounting objectives.
Work with the team to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions as needed.

- Avoid scams by acting locally or paying with PayPal
- Never pay with Western Union, Moneygram or other anonymous payment services
- Don't buy or sell outside of your country. Don't accept cashier cheques from outside your country
